If the shipping is delayed due to problems with the carrier company then we cannot accept responsibility. We can only redirect any compensation we may receive to you.

Damage caused in transit is the responsibility of the carrier to compensate. If there are any problems that we have caused then we will refund/rectify as soon as possible.
